How to clean your sterling silver Pandora Jewelry

Do not use liquid silver cleaners or “tarnish removers” on your Pandora Jewelry! Liquid silver polish or liquid silver cleaners will remove the oxidation treatment on some bead and chains.. The Pandora line of oxidized jewelry is meant to fade to an antique look as it is worn. Some factors that may cause the oxidized jewelry to fade at a faster rate include wearing a large amount of beads with the oxidized item, wearing it often, or wearing it while getting the jewelry wet or exposing it to ammonia, bleach or chlorine. We will not exchange products that have been exposed to liquid silver polish, bleach, chlorine or ammonia, or worn in swimming pools and hot tubs.
Do not wear sterling silver Pandora Jewelry in pools or hot tubs
The chemicals found in pools and hot tub have been known to chemically
change the appearance of all sterling silver products. Bleach and other harsh chemicals may react with your sterling silver jewelry, which may require re-polishing by a professional jeweler.
Excessive tarnish
If your jewelry becomes very tarnished, use a cream silver polish such as Maas Metal Polish to bring it back to its original shine. Be sure the item to be cleaned is free from dust and other abrasives, to prevent scratches on your jewelry as you polish it, and follow the directions on the package.
