I purchased a bracelet and two charms for my significant other in hopes that it would arrive by weeks end. She is extremely fond of the Pandora Jewelry collection and it was a little something she wanted this Valentines Day. I placed the order on-line late that morning and was extremely impressed by the communication that I received later in the day stating my items would be sent out the same day and received the very next day! Sure enough, by noon on Wednesday the items arrived via UPS and I had the opportunity to present the jewelry to her on Valentines
Day itself!!
I feel that Exceptional Service needs to be acknowledged this day and age. Far too many businesses we deal with on a daily basis provide such mediocre service and a very poor attitude. Pandora-Charm.Com needs to be commended for their professionalism, their communication efforts with their customers and finally the actual packaging and shipping of the items they are selling.
