International Shipping
At this time, we are unable to ship to locations outside of the United States and its territories.
UPS Shipping
Please note that UPS does not deliver or pick up shipments on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.
Backorders
We are proud to be a Preferred Gold Pandora Retailer, and strive to keep a large inventory of all Pandora Beads and Match Jewelry in stock. We normally receive 2 or more shipments of Pandora Jewelry each week. However, in the event an item is out of stock, the item will automatically be placed on “backorder” status, and the items that are in stock from your order will be shipped out to you without the backordered item. We will email you a notification that the specific item is on backorder, and will try to provide you with an estimated delivery time frame. We check and update expected delivery dates of all back ordered items every 7-10 days, and will keep in contact with you as we receive information from the Pandora jewelry manufacturer. Usually, backordered items arrive to us within 2- 3 weeks, however that can vary greatly.
As soon as we receive the backordered item, we will ship it to you via the free shipping method for that price item, unless you contact us to arrange for a different shipping method. We will email to let you know that the item is on its way.
Of courser, if you prefer, we will gladly refund any items that are backordered.
